Course overview

The following After the Fall Response training will educate healthcare providers (HCP) on the common causes of falls in older adults. Tumbles are a significant concern, especially for the elderly and those with mobility challenges. Quick and effective response after a trip can drastically improve outcomes and prevent further complications. This course is designed to equip caregivers, healthcare professionals, and support staff with the essential knowledge and skills needed to respond to falls promptly and efficiently. This course will cover the critical steps to take immediately after a fall, including assessing the situation, providing appropriate care, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual.
