Course overview
A fire in a healthcare facility is something no one wants to experience - but they do happen. To ensure patient safety, it is imperative that all staff working in a healthcare setting understand the causes of fires and how to respond in the event of a fire. This activity utilizes the standards established by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the National Fire Protection Association to provide a solid foundation to address fire prevention and response to a fire.
