Live in Class room training. NH CORE class is required for all NH Real Estate licensees within a two year period. BIO Monika McGillicuddy is a licensed New Hampshire Real Estate Broker with 40 years of real world experience. She teaches pre licensing, post licensing, and CE classes approved for both first time renewal and general credit. Known for her engaging style, Monika trains new agents and leads practical, skill based workshops that go beyond the textbook.
