CareerSmart Learning provides interactive online continuing education courses to modern professionals seeking control, quality, and convenience. This course describes techniques of influence that can be used by professionals in the healthcare and workers' compensation field, particularly case managers, to influence decision-makers and facilitate positive outcomes. This course also provides tools for identifying obstacles and uses case scenarios to illustrate techniques for mitigating these obstacles. Course is approved for 4.0 CEUs/contact hours for Nurses (all states), Certified Case Managers (CCM), Certified Rehabilitation Counselors (CRC), and Social Workers (NASW). Must pass final quiz with 80% or more; may re-take as often as needed.
