Course overview
The purpose of this course is to help advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) acquire a better understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), its epidemiology, typical signs, screening tests, and diagnostic process to facilitate a timely diagnosis and early intervention. In addition, this course will review the literature and discuss various evidence-based approaches to ASD.
