Attendees can expect to identify the types of medical errors that occur in today's Chiropractic practices and the strategies and procedures that can be implemented to prevent them and protect their practices. Real and hypothetical examples of these errors will be presented and supplemented with an open discussion of how the errors could have been avoided, identified, prevented and/or mitigated. An open forum is encouraged to share fellow practitioners' experiences and dilemmas in their daily practice.
