Course overview
Shoulder stiffness can occur for a variety of reasons, and it is condition for which patients may commonly seek therapeutic intervention. Patients with shoulder stiffness may experience significant difficulty performing activities of daily living due to insufficient ROM and functionality. This course will assist clinicians with identifying the most appropriate examination tests and measures by presenting recent diagnosis-related research for the shoulder complex. A case-based clinical reasoning approach will provide participants with the ability clearly communicate findings with patients and colleagues. Manual therapy techniques will be presented through both live demonstration and clear, concise illustrated hand -out materials. Clinicians with all levels of experiences and expertise will be able to effectively manage patients with shoulder dysfunction using a hands-on manual therapy approach.
