The theme is to have a veterinary specialist and RVT co-present to share relevant and practical knowledge that would appeal to both veterinarians and RVTs in general practice. The goal is to help empower RVTs, as well as showcase how the veterinarian and RVT can best work together and leverage each other's skillsets and expertise. 1) 50-minute plenary session (all attendees are veterinarians and RVTs) providing an overview of critical care. 2) Attendees would then be sent to one of two break-out rooms for a 50-minute workshop (Part 1) -Virtual Breakout Room #1 (this workshop is aimed at GP veterinarians) -Virtual Breakout Room #1 (this workshop is aimed at RVTs) 3) Break, followed by a second 45-minute workshop (Part 2) -Virtual Breakout Room #1 (this workshop is aimed at GP veterinarians) -Virtual Breakout Room #1 (this workshop is aimed at RVTs) 4) Wrap-up plenary session (all attendees) for a 15-minute closing session with q&a
