Mindful self-care is essential for your well-being. Caring for yourself is one of the most important things you can do for yourself, and it is also one of the easiest things to forget to do or put aside in favor of tending to others. Self-care habits, when done regularly, have the ability to greatly enhance your body, mind, and spirit. When you mindfully care for yourself, you benefit and so do others in your life. The outcome of this course is for the learner to describe the importance of mindful self-care and self-care practices that support health and well-being.
