Course overview

The term "overpopulation" is not a common topic of conversation between citizens or among politicians. Yet, overpopulation is now considered to be the biggest threat to the future of the planet. Because the world's population is growing at an alarming rate that has never been experienced before in history, those of us here today must consider the serious health and environmental implications of continued growth. The Earth is not expanding and resources are limited. The outcome of the course is for the learner to explain the impact of global population growth on the health and well-being of all citizens.
