0202-0000-24-336-L04-P - Participants in this session will receive a general overview of the collaborative efforts of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA) pharmacy leadership teams during the implementation of the common federal electronic health record (EHR) at the Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) in North Chicago in 2024. Also presented will be the processes for each agency on how joint review, assessment and approval occurs to reach Enterprise Standardization. The significant collaborative engagement for preparedness, readiness and sustainment efforts of a shared federal EHR will also be described.
