In this course a 3-session series of Synergetic Myofascial Therapy is the focus. This work teaches massage therapists how to conserve energy and use safe body mechanics and is within the scope of practice for massage therapists as Postural/Myofascial modality. This program teaches myofascial techniques with active client movement. Safe Body mechanics, anatomy and physiology, physical and postural assessments are also included in the program. The SMT Sessions are: 1 The front Body, 2 The Back Body, 3 The Side Body. A short end game (end of session integration) consisting of fascial hands-on techniques with neck, seated back, and sacrum is also taught to accompany each session.
