Athletes use therapists pre and post-event as a way to make sure that they are ready both physically and psychologically to be ready to compete and showcase their abilities. As therapists we can either help or hinder the athlete in achieving their goals. This course will cover the appropriate and most effective techniques for pre and post-event treatment both in theory and by practice.
