The purpose of this course is to introduce Manual Therapists to Cupping Therapy. In this course, you will learn to use Cupping Techniques with various types of cups. The focus of this course is on the use of cupping as a soft tissue tool to be incorporated into the therapeutic treatment of various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. This course includes the following: - Introduction to Cupping - History of Cupping - Types of Cupping - Effects of Cupping - Precautions and Contraindications - Review of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions - etiology, clinical presentation, treatment approach. - Strategic use of Cupping as a soft tissue tool.
