Telemetry Progressive Care Certificate course

Course overview

Participants of this 35-hour virtual learning certificate course will increase understanding and develop new skills for caring for patients with health alterations causing them to be admitted to the Telemetry/Step down/Progressive care unit. Content topics cover cardiovascular (including basic ECG and dysrhythmias), respiratory (including mechanical ventilation), neuro, renal, endocrine, and gastro-intestinal conditions. The caring science principles of competence, compassion, comportment, confidence conscience and commitment will be woven throughout the video and written content of each module.
