Course overview

Listing and selling manufactured homes (formerly known as mobile homes), includes many additional requirements that need to be met by both buyers and sellers. In order to best serve the public, agents who work in the manufactured home market need to have an understanding of the steps that need to be taken to ensure a smooth transaction for a unit located in a mobile home park or on its own land.

The New Hampshire Real Estate Commission requires students to put away any electronic devices during the class (other than for personal non-work related emergency reasons pre-approved by the instructor) with the consequence that no education credit will be given if students are using an electronic device during class.
