Module 1: Where to Begin This module serves to set the stage for the masterclass by reviewing relevant anatomy, describing the epidemiology of athletes with groin pain and discussing the relationship between groin pain and average time lost. Module 2: Does pain always mean stop? This module investigates the characteristics of long-standing groin pain. It describes expected changes in groin strength and function throughout a season and provides an evidence- based discussion around exercise election and theory. Module 3: Return to Play Decision-Making This module introduces a framework to build return to play decision-making from. An in-depth discussion and examples of the practical application of each component in the framework is completed. Module 4: Groin injuries in females This module reviews what is known about female athletes with groin pain and how the anatomy, epidemiology, injury burden and intervention may be similar or different to male counterparts.
