After completing this course, the learner will be able to: -Describe the physical, behavioral, and psychological indicators of different types of child abuse and neglect, including bruising, fractures, changes in behavior, regression, anxiety, depression, and self-harm. -Outline the risk factors and protective factors associated with child abuse and neglect. -Summarize reporting procedures and access resources for reporting child abuse and neglect to the appropriate authorities. -Discuss trauma-informed care and support to child abuse victims and their families.
