Course overview

This presentation will cover pediatric follicular lymphoma, HGBCL with 11q aberration and HGBCL with MYC, BCL2, BCL6 rearrangements and TdT expression. Clinical cases will include abundant hematoxylin and eosin pictures, accompanied by pertinent immunohistochemical stains. Each case discusses clinicopathologic findings, differential diagnosis and appropriate ancillary testing. Learning Objectives: Discuss histologic hallmarks of pediatric follicular lymphoma and determine differential diagnosis of pediatric follicular lymphoma; Discuss use of immunohistochemical and ancillary testing in the diagnosis of HGBCL with 11q aberration along with differential diagnosis of HGBCL with 11q aberration; Describe the clinical presentation, histology, immunophenotype by flow cytometry/immunohistochemistry, and FISH with the differential diagnosis of HGBCL with MYC, BCL2, BCL6
