Ethics is something we practice every time we answer the call to serve a family whose world has been changed forever by the loss of a loved one. If ethics were as simple as doing the right thing, ethics boards, committees, and reviews wouldn't exist. This course will define ethics and explore topics related to personal and professional conduct within funeral service.
