Participants will be able to describe the difference between healthy/unhealthy, effective and ineffective boundaries, will be able to describe and explain the different types of boundaries and their impact on life areas, will be able to describe and explain barriers to setting and maintaining boundaries, will be able to describe different ways to maintain personal values, and will be able to describe ways to mentally prepare for outcomes in establishing boundaries.
