Course overview

We will inquire into the role of the mind, the thought-based reality, and the role of Yi in death. Here we will examine regrets and unfinished business that tend to come up at the end of life and learn how to release them. We will also begin to look at the narrative of our life. In Module 3: The First Gate, we begin our inquiry into the role of the mind, the constructed reality it creates, and the spirit of Yi, which governs intention and thought. We will explore regrets and unfinished business that often surface at the end of life and practice releasing them. This module also encourages us to reflect on our life narrative, uncover and resolve shadows of the past, and move closer to our true nature beyond the mental constructs.
