Course overview
Bring yourself, your staff, and your practice up to speed on Medicare compliance and how you can bring your current Medicare compliance policy into alignment with what is required. This course is Part II to the Medicare Policy Compliance Curriculum. Compliance program requirements, enrollment and participation rules, federal health care regulations, documentation requirements, the OIG and their work plan and finally the Quality Payment Program all areas the chiropractic practice has an obligation to understand are covered in detail in the 8 hour curriculum. This educational experience is designed to provide the practicing chiropractic physician with an understanding of Medicare enrollment and affiliation rules for providers. The OIG Exclusion Authorities are discussed as well as the inability for an opt-out for chiropractic providers.
