More than 100,000 deaths occur due to Medical Erros. The first thing you have to do to prevent them is identifiy different types of equipment used by the patient, if the patiens's health is in a critical state; the surronding of the patient is to occupied the descisions have to be done fast, difficulties in communicating. The adminsistration of medications is one of the most important one that you have to watch in the assistance of nursing taking care of patients. Infecting viruses the assistant nurses should communicate to their supervisior immedantly before one possible Medical Error. The age of patients; how sick they may be , the mental status and the sickness you have to watch out for. Listen closely when a patient says they don't feel ok. Before thinking and blame someone for a Medical Errors we should create a coolector to be able to make the patients house safe.
