Discover the changes and development of palliative and hospice medicine. Nicola Harchut, DPN, ACNS-BC, NEA-BC, ACHPN, will provide the framework for hospice and palliative care teams to establish multicultural approaches to emotional and spiritual distress and other end of life patient needs. Access tools needed to establish effective two-way communication skills, develop expertise in uniting patient goals with options for care, and a step wise approach to self-care for the palliative and hospice care team member.
