Course overview

This integrative seminar is taken concurrently with Foundations of Addiction Science I and II and is designed to assist masters-prepared clinicians in integrating information from those courses with their practice experience. It emphasizes a strengths-based approach in the application of theory and conceptual information to building skills across the continuum of prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery from substance use disorders (SUD), opioid use disorders (OUD), and co-occurring mental health disorders (COD).
