Course overview

At the end of this course, learners will be able to: 1. Describe and differentiate between key leadership theories. 2. Identify how leadership theories can be applied in healthcare settings to improve healthcare outcomes, using the Structure-Process-Outcome Theory and Triple Aim and Quadruple Aim frameworks. 3. Apply unique leadership skills and strategies to lead by example, promote evidence-based practice, communicate effectively, build and maintain relationships, and respond to challenges in healthcare.
