This is especially concerning for adults with ADHD, who face outsized threats to their financial well being. Specifically, ADHD can make earning, keeping, and managing money significantly more challenging. Join Christine Hargrove, PhD, MDiv, to discover the appropriate knowledge and training, so as a clinician you can promote your clients financial well being while staying within your scope of practice. Youll learn The relevant and current research regarding how ADHD affects financial behavior and outcomes To recognize the unique risks your clients face, making you better able to understand their contexts and tailor your efforts to support them A framework for understanding why ADHD creates issues for money and in general the invisible barriers presented by executive functioning issues An intervention designed specifically to help ADHD clients identify and overcome the invisible barriers that impede their financial well-being
