Course overview

Nerve entrapments in the upper extremity are common in sports and often result from excessive traction around a joint, as seen in activities like throwing. This excessive traction can lead to compression, inflammation, and adhesions due to repetitive stress. The most commonly affected nerves in the upper extremity include the median, ulnar, radial, and musculocutaneous nerves. This course will teach you how to assess and treat the common types of peripheral nerve entrapment, including "pseudo-entrapments." It is supported by fully illustrated course notes and detailed video tutorials.
