People who face trauma are more likely to sustain long-term health problems and interact with systems of care more frequently. This course will provide information on being an effective change agent during transformation to a trauma-informed care organization. The six core principles of trauma-informed care will be discussed, as well as how to implement changes and monitor your organization's progress.
