Course overview

The WVSRC hosts their annual fall health care conference 2023. This 1 1/2 day conference provides the following: 10 CEUS for RTs and RNs in WV. SPEAKERS: Garry Kauffman; Kellie Carroll - NBRC; Drs. Michael Ritchie and Rayan Ihle - CAMC; Jonathan Butler, Dr. Don Reed, Dr. Dan Doyle, Dr. Maple Landvoigt of the WV School of Osteopathic Medicine, and others. TOPICS: Tobacco Cessation, Quality Improvement Project Implementation, Types of Ventilator-Induced Lung Injury, Update from NBRC, Lung Cancer Screening and Treatment update and more! ACTIVITIES: golf, frisbee golf, hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaks and more! WELCOME RECEPTION: Wednesday 8pm with DJ Joe Kerner AAA Entertainment DAILY: a main meal and meal breaks and daily raffle prizes included in fee. LECTURES: begin at 8am each day. Conclusion of conference is 12:30pm Thursday. Who Should Attend: RT Directors, Managers, Supervisors, hospital/clinic-based staff, Pulmonary Rehab, PFT, Sleep, DME, Nurses, and RT students.
