The purpose of this course is to provide continuing education for behavioral health professionals on the topic of utilizing the eight dimensions of wellness in group therapy. This course will provide a brief history of the Wellness Model, an overview of each dimension, common barriers, and group therapy interventions based on the current evidence-based practice.
