*Summarize contemporary clinical and evidence-based data relating to cervical spine involvement in tension type headaches. *Explore the relationship between neck pain and migraine headache, as well as ways we can use clinical information to appropriately manage our patients. *Assess the effectiveness of various manual therapy techniques in the treatment of cervicogenic headache. *Outline the efficacy of various interventions on the intensity, frequency, and duration of pain in cervicogenic headache. *Compare the effects of thrust spinal manipulation and electrical dry needling versus non-thrust spinal mobilization and exercise in patients with cervicogenic headache.
