Functional Yoga System is a course for Yoga Instructors and/or movement professionals who want to expand their knowledge. The only specialization designed to enhance your Yoga practice by taking a functional perspective and accessible mindset using Applied Functional Science. This specially designed Yoga Instructor training course will deepen your understanding of the modern body, its needs, and how you can help students, clients, or patients systematically achieve their goals. The course provides 15 hours of education. The Functional Yoga System is not designed to teach you how to become a yoga instructor. It is designed to advance your thought process and teach you how to use the principles of Applied Functional Science to make your yoga more functional for you, your students, and your business.
