Course overview

The "Enhancing Proprioception Through Exercise Prescription" course focuses on exercises that challenge balance and stability by using unstable surfaces, single-leg stances, dynamic movements, and multi-planar activities. Examples of these exercises include single-leg squats, balance board exercises, tandem walking, and bodyweight exercises with variations in limb position. The course progressively increases the difficulty of stimulating the body's proprioceptors and enhances awareness of joint position and movement.
