Course overview

This course provides an overview of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and discusses key topics of particular concern to emergency responders, including the risks of MRSA, how it is transmitted, how to identify infection, how MRSA patients are managed, and how transmission can be prevented. Additionally, the course discusses the importance of cleaning and disinfection and post-exposure procedures.
