Dr. Willard will share exercises grounded in science for all ages to empower you to: Customize therapeutic techniques to meet each childs unique needs, considering learning differences, behavioral issues, and cultural backgrounds. Apply cutting edge methods to tackle a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, executive function difficulties, trauma, and stress. Implement dynamic activities from arts and music to sports and technology tailored to engage children with varying attention spans, from brief 30-second exercises to immersive 30-minute sessions.
