This course is intended for all occupational and physical therapy providers caring for patients in skilled nursing and long-term care at locations where Infinity Rehab is the rehabilitation provider.¿ This course describes the clinical decision-making foundation of the custom documentation system used at Infinity Rehab. Built on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health, the course integrates other models pertinent to rehabilitation resulting in a systematic clinical decision-making process that is reflected in the documentation.¿
