Course overview

This is a 2-hour course designed for physical therapists to enhance their foundational knowledge in diagnostic imaging modalities for individuals with knee pain/pathology. Prior to this course, we recommend (although it is not mandatory) that participants take the Intro to MSK Imaging course, available on-demand here. Pathologies covered: patellofemoral pain, meniscal pathology, ligamentous instability, OA, RA, Fracture/trauma, pseudogout, enthesopathy, osteochondral defects, and more. This course will equip each student with the knowledge required to know when a patient with knee pain may be in need of imaging, what images to order, and how to perform appropriate clinical correlation of results.
