Course overview
In this module, you will learn to understand and identify heart blocks, junctional rhythms, and ST elevated myocardial infarctions (STEMIs), focusing on their causes, symptoms, and ECG characteristics. You will explore the underlying factors that contribute to these abnormal heart rhythms and how they present in patients. Additionally, you will gain the skills to recognize these rhythms on an electrocardiogram (ECG) and learn about appropriate treatment options to manage and treat these potentially life-threatening conditions. This course provides the healthcare team in critical care settings with information on how to identify and manage heart blocks, junctional rhythms, and STEMIs.
