Course overview
In this Practical clinicians will learn about the assessment of common running-related tendon and bone stress injuries. Bone stress injuries explored include: tibia, femoral, sacral, navicular, calcaneal, and metatarsal. Running related tendinopathies explored include: proximal hamstring tendinopathy, gluteal, and achilles tendinopathy. Key assessment techniques and differential diagnosis tips are shared. The Practical also explores how to conduct a running gait assessment, and how to utilise the findings in the management of running related injuries.
