This course explores the etiology, common causes and the most common patterns of foot calluses. Gait cycle biomechanics are reviewed. There is an emphasis on the pathomechanics leading to callus formation as well as footwear factors. It is assumed the course participant has a basic knowledge of foot anatomy and biomechanics.
