1. Explain the theoretical foundations and empirical evidence surrounding the constructs of perceived, desired, and actual control, and their significance in health and aging.
2. Compare and contrast primary and secondary control strategies, including their applications in managing chronic conditions and adapting to age-related health changes.
3. Develop evidence-based, individualized interventions that leverage personal control strategies to enhance resilience, improve quality of life, and support healthy aging outcomes in diverse patient populations.
