n this seminar you will gain an understanding of the current neuroscience of trauma and anxiety disorders. Anxiety disorder treatments will be discussed as well as the concept of neuroplasticity and how this aids us shape who we are as an individual. You will learn the two different pathways of anxiety as what was interventions focused on each pathway. Finally you will can an understanding of the appropriate use of worry as well as ways to effectively manage worry.
