This study compares the effectiveness of three psychotherapeutic techniques-Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting (BSP), and Body Scan Meditation (BSM)-in reducing distress associated with negative memories. Conducted on a Non-Clinical sample, each participant received one 40-minute session for distressing memories, and results were measured using Subjective Units of Disturbance (SUD) and Memory Telling Duration (MTD).
