Course overview
This course teaches professional nurses how to identify and adhere to the timepoints indicated by the Hospice Outcomes and Patient Evaluation (HOPE) tool. The timeline and requirements for the Admission, Hospice Update Visit (HUV), Discharge records, and Symptom Follow-Up Visits (SFVs) are detailed. HOPE record submission and correction procedures are presented.
