The Impact of Nutritional Supplementation on Health

Course overview

The purpose of this comprehensive seminar is to enhance the Doctor of Chiropractics knowledge of the science of nutrition and the impact of nutritional supplementation on patient health and wellness. Attention will be given to the indications for and the contraindications of the consumption of vitamins, minerals and botanicals and their effect on human energy production and utilization, growth, reproduction, and longevity. This seminar will provide an in- depth analysis of the sources of essential vitamins and minerals and differential diagnosis of conditions that are causally related to vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
