This program has been approved by the New Hampshire Real Estate

Commission for three clock hours toward fulfillment of the educational requirements

for renewal or activation of a real estate license.

The New Hampshire Commission requires students to put away any electronic devices during

class (other than for personal non-work related emergency reasons pre-approved by the

instructor) with the consequence that no education credit will be given if students are using an

electronic device during class.
