Intergenerational Trauma Healing: Integrating IFS and Somatic Approaches

Course overview

This 3-hour webinar provides therapists and healing professionals with an exploration of intergenerational trauma and its impact on individuals, families, and communities. Through theoretical frameworks, practical tools, and evidence-based techniques, participants will learn to recognize, understand, and heal legacy and cultural burdens transmitted across generations. Stacy draws on historical, cultural, and transpersonal insights; this training uses an integrative approach that introduces trauma-informed tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic, and transpersonal therapies to address and transform deeply rooted traumas.
