Course overview
Nothing is harder than sitting in a room with a family, trying to navigate the different opinions, emotions and arguments that come almost any time a loved one passes away, sometimes even with pre-need. But what if you knew a way to overcome these objections and move forward to agreement and contract? Objections can be overcome and changed when you provide key information that helps others realize and understand their needs, and then detail the options you can offer to meet those same needs. This class will help you understand the nature of objections, why they occur and how you can offer several realistic solutions to each item in a non-threatening, non-confrontational way. Your skills of compassion and understanding will be at the forefront, while seeking specific information from families that will lead to overcoming objections and moving more quickly to contract completion.
